It was founded in 1904 with the purpose of promoting the welfare and interests of those engaged in the retail jewelry business. - Membership - Dues for the MN/ND Jewelers Association is $120 (first store) and $90 (each additional store). Contact us for an application.
- Convention - The MN/ND Jewelers Association Annual Convention includes educational seminars and speakers for store owners, managers, bench jewelers and employees.
- MN/ND Association Newsletters – The MN/ND Jewelers quarterly newsletter, "News and Views", keeps members up-to-date on national and local issues, activities and events.

- Video Tape Library – The MN/ND Jewelers video tape library is available to all members. The tapes are on topics specifically related to the jewelry industry and on business management subjects. Click here for a copy of the Video List.

- Security Alert System - MN/ND Jewelers alerts members, via email, security related issues, crime alerts or other threats that face the jewelry industry.
- Scholarship Program - Offered in conjunction with Jewelers of America, member store employees can apply for scholarships for a variety of distance learning or continuing education courses offered by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Diamond Council of America (DCA), Jewelers Education Foundation (JEF) and the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (GEM-A).
